The HSW KPI Management Plan is a practical roadmap that helps Organisational (Org) Units plan, monitor and report on their health, safety and wellness activities throughout the year. It supports alignment with UQ's HSW Strategic Plan by setting local priorities, tracking performance against HSW KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring health and safety risks are being actively managed.
The plan should be developed and endorsed by the local HSW Committee at the beginning of each year, then reviewed regularly through committee meetings to monitor progress and actions. KPI data can be sourced from systems such as UQSafe Risk Analytics (R3), UQSafe Analyse Data (R2), and UQReportal, along with local records where required. Org Units can use the HSW Management Plan template to develop their plan and can find additional guidance, resources, committee requirements, and reporting information on the HSW Committees webpage.
