Application Status

Status	Meaning
Amendment rejected	The current amendment was rejected, the previously approved version is still valid.
Amendment withdrawn	The current amendment was withdrawn, the previously approved version is still valid.
Approved	Application has been approved.
Approved with provisos	Application has been approved with additional requirements or milestones requiring action/finalisation.
Clarification required	The applicant needs to provide clarification (without resubmitting the application) before the application is fully approved.
Clarification received	Clarification was recieved from the applicant and the application is awaiting a decision outcome.
Completed	The project has been completed.
Exempt	The human ethics exemption has been accepted.
Incomplete	Admin review has determined application is not complete and needs further revision before it can be considered by the review committee.
In progress	Application is being completed by the applicant and has not yet been submitted/resubmitted.
Inactive	The project has been discontinued, terminated or suspended and the application is no longer modifiable.
Incomplete	Admin review has determined application is not complete and needs further revision before it can be considered by the review committee.
Registered	Ratification application (for human ethics) has been registered and researchers can start the project.
Rejected	Application has been rejected. Rejected applications cannot be reused to create new versions.
Revision required	The applicant is required to submit a new version of the application to provide additional information requested by review committee.
Submitted	Application has been submitted but has not yet started the review process. Once the application is submitted it is no longer modifiable.
Under review	Administrative review of the application has been completed and the application is being considered by the reviewer or review committee.
Withdrawn by applicant	Application has been withdrawn by the applicant.

Milestone Status

Status	Meaning
Achieved	Milestone has been achieved.
Not achieved	Milestone has not been achieved due to early completion of the project.
Pending	Milestone is to be submitted by it's due date.
Received	The milestone submission has been recieved and is being reviewed.
Revision	The milestone has undergone a review and additional information has been requested.

Project Status

Status	Meaning
Approved	Application has been approved.
Completed	The project has been completed.
Discontinued	The project was discontinued before completion.
Suspended	The project is currently suspended.
Terminated	The project has been terminated.

Adverse Event Form Status

Status	Meaning
Accepted	The adverse event submission has been accepted.
In progress	An adverse event report is in progress but has not yet been submitted.
Not accepted	The adverse event submission has not been accepted. An issue has arisen that needs to be coordinated with the Institution managing the project.
Revision required	The adverse event has undergone review and additional information has been requested.
Submitted	The adverse event report has been submitted and is currently under review.
