The Systems Training Hub (STH) is a central repository of resources for UQ Staff to assist them to competently perform work/tasks in our Enterprise Systems.

Clear, consistent, and user-centred content is important for supporting work performance.

Who can add content?

At present only work units from within UQ’s Information Technology Services have access to store their training resources on the Systems Training Hub.

Contact us if you would like to discuss hosting your training resources on this site.

What content can be added to the STH?

  1. Descriptions of processes, step-by-step instructions, embedded videos, infographics and job aids.
  2. Online learning courses until a suitable Learning Management System (LMS) is available to accommodate this content.
  3. Information that is unrelated to training or the system/application is not permitted on the STH and will be removed.

Where are content assets stored?

  1. PDF documents and images are uploaded to the website.
  2. Media files such as videos and online learning media can be hosted on our media server. Alternatively, videos can be hosted on a video-sharing platform, like YouTube or Vimeo and embedded in the STH.

There are several stages in the process to host content on the Systems Training Hub and these are outlined below.
