Glossary

Application	The application is the form which will undergo review by admin staff, the relevant ethics committee and/or reviewers. Amendments are submitted from the application. The application owner is the person who started the inital application form.
Project	The project contains all currently approved information and is auto-generated once the application is approved. Project data is updated whenever a new amendment is approved. Milestone and adverse event reports are submitted from the project. The project owner is always the Chief Investigator.
Chief Investigator (CI)	Chief Investigator or CI is the UQ staff member responsible for overseeing the project and submitting all associated miletones. UQ Lead - Where the project has an external Chief Investigator (e.g. the ethics is being ratifed or registered by UQ), the UQ lead should be named as the Chief Investigator on the UQ application form.
Dashboard	The Dashboard is the MyResearch homepage when you log into the system. You will see: 5 recent in progress applications 5 recent projects Upcoming milestones Current activities More information on navigating your MyResearch dashboard.
Milestones	Milestones are reports or actions that are due by a specific date. They include: Annual Reports Final Reports Provisos Action Required
