Submit a milestone report
Milestones include annual and final reports as well as any other proviso which has been attached to your ethics approval.
You can view upcoming milestones for all your projects from the Milestones page in your MyResearch account. The system will also send email notification reminders to the Chief Investigator when a milestone is due.
NOTE: Only users with edit access to the project will be able to see and action milestones.
Only the Chief Investigator can submit completed milestones forms.
Submit a Milestone report
Steps for submitting a milestone report are as shown below:
1. Log in to the MyResearch website.
2. From the taskbar on your dashboard click on the milestone tab.
3. Select the project milestone to be submitted and click on the hyperlink under 'Milestone title' to open the milestone form.
4. Answer all relevant questions on the online milestone form - Once started, the form will save your progress if you are not submitting it straight away.
5. When finished the Chief Investigator muct click on submit. The status of the milestone will then update to 'Recieved'.
NOTE: You can view or download a copy of your submitted milestone by clicking on the hyperlink of an already submitted milestone.
Download a submitted milestone report
Steps for downloading a submitted milestone report are as shown below:
1. Log in to the MyResearch website.
2. From the taskbar on your dashboard click on the milestone tab.
3. Click on the milestone title hyperlink to view the submitted form:
4. Click on the purple arrow on the right side of the page to expand the Milestone details and Documents menu:
5. You can download the documents by clicking on the hyperlinked title, or by clicking on the download icon as shown below.
