Add a placement supervisor
This guide details how to add a placement supervisor once the Student has confirmed with the Provider who their supervisor will be on the placement and has advised the University.

Add an incompatible student
This guide lists the steps required to mark a student as incompatible for a placement at the provider. A potential reason for performing this action is that the student may have a family member at the provider.

Allocation groups
In order to determine which placements a student will undertake to satisfy the Requirement Group that they are enrolled in, students are matched to placements in an Allocation Group.

Confirm placement
This guide lists the steps required to confirming a placement. Confirming a placement publishes the placement information, making it visible to the student and providers via the student and Provider views.

Create an experience
To complete a Course/Program, students must gain an experience in a specified area (or range of specified areas) of their field. Experiences are added to requirement groups.
