Cases
Once a student or staff member initiates an Online Request via the my.UQ Dashboard, it becomes a case in UniTask. A case is made up of a collection of tasks that must be actioned in sequence to complete a process.
Tasks
A task is an action to be completed within a workflow. A case consists of a minimum of two tasks but, depending on the process, may require more.
