Chair's oral examination summary report

Once a date and time have been confirmed for the candidate’s oral examination you (the Chair) will receive a task to provide the oral examination summary report. This report is to be completed at the conclusion of the oral examination. You can access this task via the link provided in the notification you will be sent or via your my.UQ dashboard.

The task requires you to complete the Summary Assessment section:

You will also need to provide a brief written report of the oral examination, and a list of amendments/corrections the candidate needs to complete, in the sections provided. If the candidate is not required to make any additional amendments/corrections to those provided in the original examiners’ reports then check the relevant box.

Finally, you will need to complete the Summary Recommendation for the oral examination.
