Creating your Impact Tracker Account

There are two ways to create an Impact Tracker account:

Create an account through UQRDM

Follow these steps to create an account and access Impact Tracker using UQRDM:

Creating a new UQRDM record

1. Please log in to your UQRDM account

2. On the left-hand navigation pane, select Create new record

3. Tick the box marked, 'I would like to set up an Impact Tracker project'

4. Doing this will automatically create an Impact Tracker account for you

5. Your newly created project will also be imported into Impact Tracker

Note: Any changes made to the UQRDM record after this initial request, will not be updated inside the Impact Tracker project

Linking an existing record

1. Please log in to your UQRDM account

2. Choose an exisiting UQRDM project

3. Select Request Impact Tracker

4. Doing this will automatically create an Impact Tracker account for you

5. Your exisiting UQRDM project will also be imported into Impact Tracker

6. Multiple UQRDM records can be linked to your Impact Tracker account

Note: Any changes made to the UQRDM record after this initial request, will not be updated inside the Impact Tracker project

Follow these steps to create an account and access Impact Tracker manually:

1. Please request an Impact Tracker account using the UQ sign-up form

2. Once the request has been approved, a welcome email will be sent to confirm account creation and access

3. Log in to Impact Tracker and select the 'Log in with your Organisation' option using your UQ credentials

Note: The password you use for creating your Impact Tracker account will only be required when using the Chrome Web Clipper or Outlook Add-in.
