Instructions for HDR candidates on how to update a candidature request.
What candidature requests can I update online?
- Attainment of Progress Review
- Change of Academic Load
- Change of Advisory Team
- Change of Enrolling School or Institute
- Change of Research Project
- Change of HDR Program
- Enrolment in or Cancellation of Additional Courses
- Notification of Remote Status
- Request to Enrol in Concurrent Program
- Extension of Living Stipend Scholarship
- Relinquish Living Stipend Scholarship
- Extend Thesis Corrections
- Withdrawal from Candidature
How do I know if I need to update a candidature request?
If a request you have submitted needs updating/more information, you will receive an email:
Log in using your student username and password if required*
*Your student username will start with an āsā and is followed by the first 7 digits of your student number. If you do not log in with your student username you will not be able to view your candidature requests.
Next will be the "Update Request" tab
Here you can read the instructions in the "Staff Comment" section and write a response in the "Student Response" box. You can also attach documents if required.
