People Search

The Electronic Course Profile System features several opportunities to search for UQ staff. UQ staff can be added to profiles as Course Contributors in section 1.3, and Unit Administrators must select staff to grant them access to profiles. Both searches are conducted using the same basic form.

Search for staff

1. Enter search criteria in the available fields.

TIP: Enter only minimal criteria. The more information entered in these fields, the more restrictive the search will be and the more likely it will be that the record for which you are searching will be accidentally excluded.

It is recommended that you complete the Family Name field only. If this yields too many results, try entering the first three letters of the Given Name or Preferred Name.

2. Click Search.
