Microsoft 365 adoption communities - Viva Engage and Change Champions

The Microsoft 365 collaboration suite is central to much of the digital work done at UQ. 

There are two central communities to facilitate adoption of Microsoft 365 and its related applications. 

Microsoft 365 Viva Engage community

The Microsoft 365 Viva Enage community was created to facilitate discussion between UQ staff interested in using Microsoft 365 for their work within and outside of UQ.

This group is suited users of all skill levels and engagement.

Microsoft 365 Change Champions

The Microsoft 365 Change Champions cohort was launched in late 2023 to gather UQ staff who are invested in improving the adoption of M365 at the university. 

The group typically meets monthly to discuss major Microsoft changes and share adoption news from within their respective faculties.
