Five Faces is a customer queue management system used at Student Central. Students, staff and visitors can check in via a digital kiosk for assistance and allow consultants to effectively manage the queue by calling the customer's ticket number.

Request access to Five Faces

Supervisors and managers can submit an IT request to organise access for staff members. In your request, please specify which permissions the user will require.

User permissions

Supervisors or managers will need to assign a staff member to a queue once access has been granted.

Sign in to Five Faces

To sign in:

  1. Open the Five Faces Concierge website.
  2. Click ‘Login using your @uq.edu.au e-mail address’.
  3. Sign in with your UQ username and password.

Assign staff members to a queue

Once a staff member has been granted access, they will need to be assigned to the right queue(s).

If you're a supervisor or manager, you can do this by following the steps below:

  1. After logging into the Five Faces Concierge website, select 'Users' on the left menu.
  2. Locate their name, then click 'Assign Queue'.
  3. Select the queue(s) they are to be part of, then click 'Save'.
