Releezme
Releezme is a smart locker system used by Property and Facilities that allows staff to control and manage locker access.
Request access to Releezme
P&F supervisors or managers can submit an IT request to organise access for staff members.
Sign into Releezme
To sign in:
- Open the Releezme website.
- Click 'Login with Single Sign-On'.
- Enter 'uq' as the company code, then click 'Log in'.
- Log in with your UQ username and password on the UQ Authenticate screen.
Locker control
After you sign in, you start in Locker Control, where you can see an overview of all the connected locker banks and be able to view and control lockers within each bank.
Unlock a locker
Lockers can be unlocked remotely or at the locker bank with a Master badge to help locker users with any issues.
To unlock a locker:
- In 'Locker Control', select the locker bank.
- Click the locker you wish to unlock, then click 'Open'.
If required, you can adjust the length of time a locker remains open for.
Block a locker
Blocking a locker means that all further use of that locker is prevented. The user won't be able to open the locker anymore.
To block a locker:
- In 'Locker Control', select the locker bank.
- Click the locker you wish to block, then click 'Block'.
Release a locker
Releasing a locker means removing the allocation of a locker to a user. Once released, the locker becomes available to other users.
To release a locker
- In 'Locker Control', select the locker bank.
- Click the locker you wish to release, then click 'Release'.
Releasing a locker does not open the locker door. Any possible locker contents remain safely stored until the locker door is actively opened.
Manage locker users
Find a locker user
To find a locker user:
- Click the 'Users' tab at the top of the page.
- Select 'Locker Users'.
- Use the search field to search for the locker user. You can search by:
- name
- username
- email address
- badge number
- Select the user's name to open the user's information and settings.
View locker user event log
Releezme logs all activity regarding locker use and configurations. The event log can be useful to determine any issues.
To view a user's event log:
- Find a locker user as per the 'Find a locker user' instructions
- Click the event log button to the right of their name.
- Use the 'filter by' drop down menu to choose a time frame.
Allocate a locker
To allocate a locker to a user:
- Search for a locker user, then select their name.
- Select the 'Lockers' tab.
- Click 'Allocate locker'.
- Select the location, section and locker bank.
- Select an available locker, then click 'Allocate locker'.
