Service CRM has a Marketing Module to provide outbound engagement via Broadcast Mailings. This functionality is not available via the Web Client.

Please note retention responsibilities outlined in "Export Broadcast Mailing Analytics - send & view results" below when using the Broadcast Mailing functionality in CRM as Broadcast mailings are not archived.
Broadcast mailing individual stats e.g. sent, read receipts are purged from student/contact records after 365 days.
